BILLING PLAN:

•  Initial Deposit: Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your space. Deposits are non-refundable.

•  Future Payments: Future payments will be automatically charged each month according to the schedule outlined on your invoice. Future payments will be automatically calculated and the balance priced out over the remaining months before travel. (there is a 5% credit card fee for setting up payments through a credit/debit card. It is FREE to set up payments through your checking account).

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

• Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully. 

We recommend: Allianz  for booking your travel insurance.

TRAVEL NOTES:

• Passport Requirements: A valid passport is required for travel to Bali, Indonesia. It must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your travel dates and have a minimum of two blank pages.

• Travel Documents: Once full payment is received by your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be emailed to you two weeks prior to your departure.

• Booking for Multiple Guests: When booking for more than one person in a room, select double occupancy" and enter a quantity of 2.

• Single Occupancy: If you will be the only guest in the room, please select "single occupancy" at the higher rate.

• Ground Transportation: To utilize the ground transportation included in your package, please provide your flight information by June 9th, 2026. Your flight should arrive after 12pm at DPS (Ngurah Rai International Airport) on August 9th 2026.

Flights cannot be booked more than 11 months in advance therefore; you should begin looking at international flights starting mid-September 2025. If you need assistance booking your flights, we are happy to assist as well.

• A Tourist VISA isrequired as well and fees are the responsibility of each passenger.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. However if canceled more than 30 days before the travel date, you can transfer it to another date or trip.

If canceled less than 30 days before the trip, Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The cancellation fee below will be applicable for the balance amount.

30 - 21 days prior to arrival – 40% of the Tour.

21 - 07 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Tour.

06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 100% of the Tour. (No Refund)

Vaccinations:

There are no vaccination requirements, however; it is recommended that you check with your travel clinic and are up to date on all of your routine vaccinations.

We do not hold any responsibility for any event that is beyond our control such as flight cancellation, delays, missed connection, or loss of baggage we will advise you to call airlines directly in such situations.

It is recommended to book travel insurance before travel for unforeseen circumstances like flight delays, connection missed, loss of luggage Etc.
